News of Rain

For the globalist agenda to succeed, five requirements must be met. Evil entities are hard at work to facilitate the first four. The fifth one is out of their hands and I am darn glad of it.

Orlando is a sprawling city with many neighborhoods and little cities-within-cities: Orlando, Bithlo, Christmas, Casselberry, Maitland, Winter Park, Eatonville, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Sanford … these are meaningful distinctions for those of us who live here. To the rest of you it’s all just Orlando.

I was shocked and saddened Saturday morning to hear of the fatal shooting of singer Christina Grimmie. Christina was a former contestant on The Voice who made it all the way to the final three before being eliminated. She had a fan base of over three million on You Tube and was touring with the band “Before You Exit.” After a Friday night show a young man approached and shot her as she was signing autographs. The gunman, Kevin Loibl, then killed himself while being tackled by the singer’s brother. Christina was rushed to the hospital, where she later died.

These events occurred within walking distance of my daughter’s home. I know the area well – it used to be my home too when I was married to her dad.

I was shocked and saddened Sunday morning to hear of the fatal shooting of 49 people and the wounding of 53 others in what is being called an act of domestic terrorism at a nightclub in Orlando. The event is still being covered non-stop on CNN and our local news.

What is being described as the worst terror attack since 9-11 took place seven minutes from my daughter’s home. Again, I know the area well.

The first incident made me sad. The second made me wonder. Were both intended to send a message?

For the globalist agenda to succeed, five requirements must be met. People must become:

  1. Fearful
  2. Angry
  3. Compliant
  4. Silent

I  refuse to be one of those people.

I continue to watch for signs that the Pulse night club attack in Orlando is another false flag. I have my suspicions now that I know what to look for. I must confess I briefly considered approaching the media circus to see if I could find and speak with anyone from Infowars. I decided against it. For now, continued anonymity is my friend, allowing me to share freely on this blog.

If I did get the chance to speak with an Infowars reporter I had planned to ask them about their claim to have obtained an ISIS kill list said to contain the names of eight Orlando area women.

I’d like to know if I am on it.

Am I afraid due to the amount of sudden and spectacular violence that has just occurred so close to the home of my only child? No.

Am I angry? Yes – but my anger remains focused on the same entities I came to loath after the Boston Marathon bombing.

Will I comply in fear of the power of evil? No.

Will I be silent?

On Christ the solid rock I stand. All other ground is sinking sand. All other ground is sinking sand.

I’ve sung that old hymn many times in church. I now base the certainty of my safety and that of my loved ones on those very words.

I will not be silent.

The God I serve is a God of love and He has a purpose for everything He does and everything He allows to happen in this world.

I wrote those words Saturday morning, intending to write a blog post after the death of Christina Grimmie. They were true before the attack that killed and injured so many more on Saturday night and they will be true no matter what happens today, tomorrow and the day after that.

And no matter who “it” happens to, I will still be speaking out if I am able.

I’ve been listening to Joel Skousen talk about the need for people to have a plan for strategic relocation when the globalist agenda really begins to unfold. At that time, according to Skousen, there are two states people will want to get out of immediately for reasons I found more than compelling.

Hawaii is the first one. I live in the second.  When WWIII starts and nuclear bombs begin to fall on military installations as Joel Skousen predicts, Orlando will no longer be the happiest place on earth.

No place will be.

When I can afford to, I plan to buy this book from Strategic Relocation: North American Guide to Safe Places (3rd edition) by Joel Skousen. In the meantime, I am reading another book. In the end, it may be the only one I need.

Why are the nations in an uproar and the peoples devising a vain thing?  Psalm 2:1

Bible scholars have analyzed the ancient text and, in light of the meaning of the words in the original language in which the Bible was written, explained this verse as follows:

The psalmist here sees the nations in violent agitation or commotion, as if under high excitement, engaged in accomplishing some purpose – rushing on to secure something, or to prevent something. The image of a mob, or of a tumultuous unregulated assemblage, would probably convey the idea of the psalmist. The word itself does not enable us to determine how extensive this agitation would be, but it is evidently implied that it would be a somewhat general movement; a movement in which more than one nation or people would participate. The matter in hand was something that affected the nations generally, and which would produce violent agitation among them.

It is the people here that are seen in violent agitation: the conduct of the rulers, as associated with them, is referred to in the next verse.

The persons referred to are thinking about some purpose which is here called a vain purpose; they are meditating some project which excites deep thought, but which cannot be effectual.

A vain thing – that is, which will prove to be a vain thing, or a thing which they cannot accomplish. It cannot mean that they were engaged in forming plans which they supposed would be vain – for no persons would form such plans; but that they were engaged in designs which the result would show to be unsuccessful. The reference here is to the agitation among the nations in respect to the divine purpose to set up the Messiah as king over the world, and to the opposition which this would create among the nations of the earth.

As you read that commentary, you can’t help seeing the globalist, secret society, Illuminati, satanic, whatever label you want to give this group’s agenda which has been moving forward for thousands of years and is now really picking up speed and out in the open.

The rest of the commentary says this:

An ample fulfillment of this occurred in the opposition to him when he came in the flesh, and in the resistance everywhere made since his death to his reign upon the earth. Nothing has produced more agitation in the world and nothing still excites more determined resistance. The truths taught in this verse are:

  • that sinners are opposed – even so much as to produce violent agitation of mind, and a fixed and determined purpose – to the plans and decrees of God, especially with respect to the reign of the Messiah; and
  • that their plans to resist this will be vain and ineffectual; wisely as their schemes may seem to be laid, and determined as they themselves are in regard to their execution, yet they must find them vain.

What is implied here of the particular plans against the Messiah, is true of all the purposes of sinners, when they array themselves against the government of God.

So that’s the fifth requirement. That’s the last condition that must be met and which is out of the hands of those on the side of evil. They must set themselves against the purposes of God with all their satanic power, all their worldly influence, connections, wealth, intelligence and talent. They must carefully plan and implement their evil agenda.

And then they must fail, as they most certainly will.

Last week, the Lord led me to read Psalm 9, telling me to take particular notice of verse 3: When my enemies turn back, they stumble and perish before You.

Psalm 9

I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonders. I will be glad and exult in You; I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High. When my enemies turn back, they stumble and perish before You. For You have maintained my just cause; You have sat on the throne judging righteously. You have rebuked the nations, You have destroyed the wicked; You have blotted out their name forever and ever. The enemy has come to an end in perpetual ruins, and You have uprooted the cities; the very memory of them has perished. But the Lord abides forever; He has established His throne for judgment. And He will judge the world in righteousness; He will execute judgment for the peoples with equity. The Lord also will be a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble; and those who know Your name will put their trust in You, for You, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You. Sing praises to the Lord, who dwells in Zion; declare among the peoples His deeds. For He who requires blood remembers them; He does not forget the cry of the afflicted. Be gracious to me, O Lord; see my affliction from those who hate me, You who lift me up from the gates of death, that I may tell of all Your praises, that in the gates of the daughter of Zion I may rejoice in Your salvation. The nations have sunk down in the pit which they have made; in the net which they hid, their own foot has been caught. The Lord has made Himself known; He has executed judgment. In the work of his own hands the wicked is snared. The wicked will return to Sheol (hell), even all the nations who forget God. For the needy will not always be forgotten, nor the hope of the afflicted perish forever. Arise, O Lord, do not let man prevail; let the nations be judged before You. Put them in fear, O Lord; let the nations know that they are but men.

After listening to Joel Skousen, I couldn’t help wondering aloud to the Lord: if nothing changes for me financially in the foreseeable future, I am likely to be right here where I am now when it all goes down some day. And if so, what then?

For a few minutes, sadness and anxiety began to compete for control of my emotions. Then, something else began to take over. I realized on that day we will all be thrust into the same melting pot of turmoil. We must decide now, whether we have the means to devise a plan or not, how we will respond.

As for me, I have decided that wherever I am, that is where the Lord wants me on that terrible day, should it come. And wherever He has me, I will be surrounded by people who are afraid and hopeless. I will be surrounded by people who may or may not know that in such a terrible storm, a place of safety can be reached but only by trusting in Jesus.  They will need someone to tell them. They will need someone to lead them.

That someone may be me. If so, God is getting me ready.

Experts may see Florida, with its bugs, its heavy population, its few escape routes due to topography and hot climate that would be difficult at best without air conditioning, as a place to flee in the event of an attack on our country. But if God sees fit to leave me here, it won’t be the first time He shows his power to sustain His own in a wilderness.

If that terrible day comes, don’t be surprised should news begin to trickle out to other places that people in Florida are once again being fed by manna that falls daily from the sky. Don’t be surprised if you hear news of rain, cooling, refreshing, life-sustaining, uncontaminated rain that is falling daily.

One thing is certain: wherever I am at that time, the words of Isaiah 42:16 will still be true and I will be claiming them for myself and all who are with me:

I will lead the blind by a way they do not know, in paths they do not know I will guide them. I will make darkness into light before them and rugged places into plains. These are the things I will do, and I will not leave them undone.

With promises like this, who cares what list my name may or may not be on? My name is already written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. That’s all the assurance I need to keep moving forward, today, tomorrow and all the days after that until He takes me home.

I Shall Not Want

By: Audrey Assad

From a love of my own comfort

From a fear of having nothing

From a life of worldly passions

Deliver me, O God

From a need to be understood

And from a need to be accepted

From a fear of being lonely

Deliver me, O God

Deliver me, O God

And I shall not want, no I shall not want

When I taste Your goodness I shall not want

When I taste Your goodness I shall not want

From a fear of serving others

From a fear of death or trial

From a fear of humility

Deliver me, O God

Deliver me, O God

And I shall not want, no I shall not want

When I taste Your goodness I shall not want

No I shall not want, no I shall not want

When I taste Your goodness I shall not want

When I taste Your goodness I shall not want

I shall not want

I shall not want

  1. So much insight in your words! I too have many doubts about what happened at the pulse nightclub. If the alleged shooter actually mentioned Dzhokhar and their connection, I that call would have been leaked to the media, but it wasn’t, because it never happened. I see FBI behind this, it’s the same scenario as Tamerlan Tsarnaev. Where ever the FBI is involved with someone, evil is sure to follow. I’m sure they are scheming hard to find ways to charge and convict the alleged shooter’s wife so they can throw her into a cement cell in silence for the rest of her life, never to speak again, and then the FBI will take a bow and another “terrorist” attack will be solved and the sleeping masses can breath a sigh of relief. It’s all so profoundly disturbing.

    1. I think it was even reported the shooter called a news station to pledge allegience to ISIS during the attack. Goodness me, how many calls , how many times dialing the phone while supposedly shooting people did that make? I mean, at this point I almost expect to hear he also ordered a pizza during the attack. I’ve heard of multitasking but come on… For some reason I feel led to stay silent, for the most part as well as open-minded about what just happened here in Orlando, until more is known. Or should I say assuming more will be known at some point.

  2. Powerful blog Lynn…sadly this world has gone crazy. None of those two incidents that took place made any sense. If they were trying to send a message they failed drastically because no one that is on Gods side will ever feel the impact of evil. God will reign almighty! You will always be protected. I am so proud and glad you continue to stand your ground and you are showing that under Gods powerful hand you can overcome and fear nothing. Such a strong song to match such a strong voice as yours. When you no longer feel safe in a place where you once called home…that is when you know America can no longer be a place you can feel safe at. I also saw that Jahars name was mentioned once again. It tires me and makes me mad to know that when will that boy ever get peace and rest. He’s living in a box and silenced…yet every shooting and every bombing they have to bring his name up. Its sickening actually. They got him caged in a tiny cement box under SAMS and on death row. When is enough actually enough? What more do they want to drop Tsarnaev out of their mouths every time a ‘tragedy’ strikes. They silenced him and one voice that is trying to speak for him has tragedies in her once hometown. That is when you know that America can no longer be a safe place to consider home. Great blog as always Lynn and I’m so glad we keep in contact on a daily basis because I WILL know if you are safe and I WILL know if you are ever silenced…and Thats when it becomes a problem with me. Great writing.

    1. some sickos seem to need to associate themselves with the Tsarnaevs coz it gives them a thrill of notoriety. Anyone who wants to drop Dzhokhar’s name should first ask all his friends who were either jailed and/or deported how long that thrill might last before turning into a feeling of another kind.
